Wedding planning & coordination We can help you select the perfect venue or you may already have an idea of where you want to get married. Either way, it's the next and probably the most important decision to make after you've decided to get married. Then we'll guide you through the steps all the way to the big day. Wedding themes, table design & decoration You've decided on most of your wedding day's details, but what about your table setting & decoration? Your caterer may not want this responsibility. Your venue host may not be providing what you really want. Let Perfect Events design your table setting so it reflects the taste and style of your chosen venue, wedding outfit, favourite colour and flowers etc. We'll create a theme that ties it all together beautifully. Wedding stationery design Our designer will create a visual theme that suits you. Starting with the invitations and flowing right through to the menu designs and many other small printed items required. Private functions We do birthday parties, anniversary celebrations and special occasions. We'll find you a suitable venue, come up with a theme, organise the catering, source the entertainment, produce the invitations, as much or as little as you like! Who are Perfect Events? Perfect Events is owned by event planner extraordinaire, Adelina Reis, who was an advertising executive in Hong Kong and Singapore, before coming to New Zealand in 1998. Adelina has organised everything from international product launches, promotions and road shows to concerts, conferences and parties. She has awesome organisational skills and is passionate about creating the perfect event for her clients right down to the smallest detail. Mike Boekholt, Adelina's partner, brings his skills as a designer and creative director to Perfect Events. Mike's brilliant creative mind comes up with themes and designs that ensure your event will be one-of-a-kind. Adelina and Mike
have great relationships with a network of trusted suppliers making sure each
event has the right people there to ensure perfection. |
